Offer
We offer high-quality office space of different size and disposition for rent in new parts of the Europe Centre building. Due to its excellent location the object is easily accessible from the town centre and provides comfort for your activities.
Parking
Free parking is provided in front of the building by sufficient number of parking boxes. This car park is reserved only for the clients with the possibility of a parking box reservation. The car park is closed at night.
Security
The building is connected to the Central Security System of Police. The electronic gate keeping provides access only to authorized persons. Tenants may separately operate their alarm by their own code. They can monitor your incoming visit as well as the surrounding buildings by an industrial camera.
Interior
The welcome/entry hall is (the area in front of the elevator and staircases) covered by marble tiles, the floor in offices is covered by laminated floor. Rooms are equipped with laminated doors and lighting. All rooms are ventilated directly by windows.
Communication
The communication system consists of a new personal elevator, stairs, toilet for ladies and men on each floor.
Networks, phone, air conditioning
Built-in wire network for computing and telephone connections; assembling the air - condition unit is ready.
Administrative part - Rooms
Offer
We offer for rent flat units with own bathroom in a new polyfunctional building. Units can be used separately as flats or as non-residential areas. Rooms can be furnished instead of you. Cleaning services are provided. Rooms are equipped with laminated floor, doors and lighting.
Other advantages
For our further tenants we offer the opportunity to hire other rooms of the building for different purposes and events.
Air conditioned meeting rooms are equipped with audio-video and presentation technology that can be used during conferences, presentations, trainings and other events.
Training room´s equipment provides you full service all year round for training and seminars. For these purposes four training rooms are available equipped with didactical and presentation technology. The computers are connected by a computer-network connected to Internet.
The building is equipped by a new personal elevator for 6 people that has a boarding station on each floor and allows convenient access to offices and residential premises.
Europe Restaurants and Cafe is being built with the option of eating not only for tenants, staff and visitors of Europe Centre but also for the general public.
The restaurant will also serve to organize social events for companies, organizations and general public. In addition, it will be possible to use the terrace covered by a large wooden pavilion for grilling and sitting at a stove.
